What we collect
When you submit a form we collect the details you enter — typically your name, company, email address and whatever you tell us about your business.
We also collect standard analytics data about how the site is used. That is covered separately in the cookie policy, and analytics cookies are only set with your consent.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to prepare for a booked audit, and to keep a record of work we have quoted or delivered.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that host our site and send our email.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you think we have handled your data improperly.
